Hamim Terms and Conditions

In these terms, Hamim refers to the platform providing services, content, point-based activities, the referral system, the store, and other related features. A user is any person who creates an account on Hamim and uses its services. Points are Hamim's internal point unit, calculated according to the rules and rate announced on the platform. The wallet is the section of the user account where the user's balance and usable or withdrawable points are displayed. The referral network is the group of users added to a user's network through their invitation link or code.

Registration and creation of an account on Hamim are carried out according to the conditions announced on the platform. Users must provide real, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and are responsible for the accuracy of their registered information. Each person is permitted to have only one account unless Hamim officially announces otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to obtain unauthorized points or benefits is prohibited. Transferring, selling, renting, or assigning an account to another person without Hamim's permission is prohibited. Users are responsible for protecting their login information and must not share their password, security codes, or access information with others.

Users may participate in eligible activities available on the platform to receive points. Each activity has specific conditions, and users must read the relevant conditions and rules before performing it. Points are valid only when the activity is verified by Hamim's system. Performing activities artificially, automatically, or through unauthorized methods constitutes a violation. Hamim may suspend or adjust the relevant points until an investigation is completed if suspicious activity is detected.

To receive points for viewing content, users must view the designated content according to the announced conditions. The default required viewing time is determined by Hamim unless a different time is announced for a particular activity. Each piece of content is eligible for points only once per account. Repeated viewing of the same content does not result in additional points. Using bots, scripts, simulators, automated tools, or any other method to create artificial views is prohibited. If abnormal behavior is detected, Hamim has the right to review and reject the recorded activity.

Points are calculated according to the conditions and rules announced by Hamim. Under the current conditions, each point is worth 200 rials. The value of points or the method of calculating them may change in the future based on economic, technical, or business-model conditions. Any significant change to the point system will be announced through Hamim's official channels. Points obtained through fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activities are invalid and may be removed.

Each user may use their dedicated invitation link or code according to Hamim's rules. Hamim's referral network is calculated up to 5 levels. Network rewards are calculated based on the actual activity of network members and the platform's active rules. There is no limit on the number of direct referrals unless a limitation is announced for a specific period or activity. Creating fake accounts or using multiple accounts to artificially increase a network is prohibited. Unauthorized buying, selling, or exchange of invitation links and accounts is prohibited. Hamim may remove rewards related to artificial activities if fraud is detected in a network.

To benefit from certain Hamim benefits and network rewards, users must meet the weekly activity requirements. The current minimum required activity is 4 days per week. Inactivity may result in the loss of certain activity-dependent benefits or rewards. If inactivity is repeated over several periods according to Hamim's rules, network-related benefits may be restricted for a specified period. The user's activity status will be visible in their account.

The Hamim wallet is used to display the balance and recorded points in the user's account. The wallet balance is calculated solely based on transactions and points verified by Hamim's system. Some of the user's balance may not be withdrawable until the withdrawal requirements are completed. Hamim may suspend suspicious transactions until they are reviewed.

The current minimum withdrawal request amount is 500,000 tomans. Under the current conditions, withdrawal requests can be submitted from the 15th to the 25th of each month. Submitted requests are processed after review and approval according to Hamim's payment schedule. Approved payments will be made according to the schedule announced at the beginning of the month. Banking or payment information must be accurate and belong to the user unless Hamim officially authorizes another method. Incorrect information may result in delayed or unsuccessful payment. Having a balance alone does not constitute final approval of a withdrawal request, and the user must have fulfilled all withdrawal requirements. Hamim may suspend payment until an investigation is completed if a violation or suspicious transaction is detected.

Hamim does not guarantee income for users. The amount of points and income earned by each user may vary depending on the level and type of activity, platform conditions, and other factors. Referral income or rewards depend on the actual activity of network users and the rules of the referral system. Hamim does not define its payment model based on receiving money from new users to pay previous users. Distributable income among users must come from actual revenue sources and economic activities defined on the platform. None of Hamim's content should be interpreted as a promise of guaranteed income or guaranteed profit.

Hamim may offer different user levels such as Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The features, limitations, and benefits of each level may differ. The conditions for upgrading or maintaining each level are determined according to the rules announced at that time. Hamim may modify or update the level structure and its benefits in the future.

Daily and weekly challenges are held according to the conditions announced on the platform. Each challenge has specific conditions, timing, and reward types. The lucky wheel is a chance-based feature and receiving a prize is not guaranteed. Participation in the wheel and challenges must comply with the announced conditions. Using artificial methods to participate multiple times or unlawfully increase one's chances is prohibited. Rewards, conditions, and reward limits may change during different periods.

Users may use the store's features according to the conditions of each product or service. If the relevant feature is active, payment through the wallet may be available. For some products, a combined payment using the wallet and rial payment may be available. Shipping, order cancellation, return, and refund conditions for each product will be announced according to the store's rules.

The following are considered violations: creating multiple accounts for one person to obtain additional benefits; using bots, scripts, or automated tools to operate within the system; manipulating or attempting to bypass the point system; creating artificial activities or views; exploiting bugs and technical errors; unauthorized buying, selling, or transferring of accounts; falsifying identity or payment information; attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts; disrupting the operation of the website or service; providing misleading information or advertising about Hamim; and any use of the service contrary to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

If a violation is detected or established, Hamim may take the following actions depending on the nature of the violation: warn the user; remove invalid points or rewards; restrict certain account features; temporarily suspend withdrawals; suspend the account; block the account; or cancel benefits or rewards related to unauthorized activities. In serious cases, the user's account may be blocked from using certain services.

Users are responsible for protecting their login information. Hamim should never request a user's main password through unofficial messages. If suspicious activity is detected on an account, the user should notify support as soon as possible. Users are advised to use a secure and hard-to-guess password.

User information is stored and processed according to Hamim's Privacy Policy. User information is used only within the framework of laws, service delivery, system security, and legal requirements. Users are required to provide the information necessary to provide services accurately. Hamim may modify or update these rules to develop services, improve security, or comply with legal requirements. The new version of the rules will become effective from the time it is published on the website unless another date is announced in the relevant notice. Continued use of the services after changes are applied constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

Users are responsible for the proper use of Hamim's services and must comply with the announced rules, regulations, and instructions. Hamim strives to provide its services with appropriate quality and security, but some services may temporarily become unavailable due to technical issues, server maintenance, network disruptions, third-party service-provider problems, or circumstances beyond its control.

Users may report their problems, errors, violations, or questions through the official communication channels provided in Hamim's Support section. When reporting a problem, users must provide accurate and sufficient information so that the issue can be investigated.

By registering, logging into an account, or using Hamim's services, the user confirms that they have read the rules and regulations, agree to the terms of service, provide accurate information to Hamim, will not use unauthorized methods to obtain points or benefits, and accept responsibility for activities performed through their account. If the user does not agree with these rules, they must not use Hamim's services. Hamim reserves the right to update its regulations and modify the terms of service within the framework of these rules.
